Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policies
All our products come with a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
If you need to make a warranty, change, or return, you must send us the product to Bogotá, Colombia. For guaranty claims, and once we receive it and depending on the situation, we will inform you whether we will repair it or replace it.
You have up to 30 days to exchange or return children's shoes from the moment of purchase.
You can exchange the shoes if the size does not fit you or if you are not satisfied with them. When exchanging due to size or model, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer. We recommend checking the size on our size chart before making your purchase.
When the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, the customer will not pay for the shipping. To make an exchange or return, the product and packaging must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use. Exchanges for used shoes will only be made in cases related to product quality.
If you are not satisfied with the product and do not want to make an exchange, you can withdraw from the purchase within the first 5 business days after the purchase. If you made the purchase and, due to reasons beyond our control, the product does not reach the address you provided, you can request a refund.
